These publications are designed to keep libraries abreast of the best forthcoming children's and young adult titles one or two months in advance of publication. Titles are selected by our Collection Development Service Staff, made up of MLS degreed librarians and professionals. Additionally BWI offers selection lists of core areas of a library's collection: Board Books, Big Books, Picture Books, Easy Reader and Chapter Books, Middle Grade Fiction, Young Adult Fiction, Paperbacks, Book & Cassette, Nonfiction - broken into separate lists by Dewey Classification.

Our web site allows our customers to view current issues of What's New and New In Paper as well as get a complete overview of all BWI's services.

Title Tales, BWI's electronic collection development tool, offers our customers an avenue to search for titles and create selection lists. With Title Tales, librarians can create selection lists based on reviews, authors, publication dates and a host of other criteria to their specifications. These lists can be submitted as an order.

Payment of all charges incurred during a given month must be received by the 10th day of the following month and the account must be current. Credit cards accepted: MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

Telephone Orders
20 books for sliding scale discount, 10-19 books or $100.00 retail receive a straight 35% discount.

Electronic Orders
10 books must be confirmed. Customers who have placed electronic orders that fail to meet the 10 books confirmed minimum will receive a message on their confirmation that Bookazine is unable to ship the order. If your order does not meet the 10 book minimum for electronic ordering but does meet the $100.00 minimum for telephone orders, our telephone sales staff will be able to take your order.

Returns Policy
Permission required. Must use return label. Period of eligibility is up to 6 months after publication. Prepaid returns of up to 10% of the net value of books purchased during the previous 12 months will be accepted. Books will be credited at 50% of list price. Short discount books will be credited at purchase price. Returns must be accompanied by a detailed packing list or credit will be delayed 60 days. Dated materials such as calendars and almanacs must be returned prior to February 1st of the applicable year. Any mass market paperback title considered strippable by its publisher will also be treated as strippable by Bookazine.
